Building public sector capability through research, experimentation and open innovation
The Kristiansand FoU Program is a municipal initiative designed to strengthen the public sector’s ability to understand, prototype and validate digital solutions before procurement and implementation.
Rather than outsourcing problem discovery, the municipality works together with students, academia, public agencies and industry partners to explore real challenges, validate solution concepts and build working MVPs.
The goal is simple:
Understand first. Specify second. Procure last.
Why this repository exists
This repository serves as the public archive for selected FoU initiatives carried out by Kristiansand municipality and its partners.
The repository contains:
